ment on 91/100 of an ears out of Survey No. 37 as surveyed by the State highway engineer
from J. ^. Denton near Center Point on State Highway No. 27 for the sum of x150,00 which
i ne ludes value oP .91 acre taken and damages to aurroundi ng la zd. Same to be paid by
County Clerk out of the Barr Connty Lateral Hoad Fund upon sae outl on sad flelivery by said
J. H. Dartoa and wife in favor of the State of Tease of proper esaemenL in writing.

be paid by the County Clerk out of the Ad Valorem fund by proper voucher drawn thereon,
in favor of %errville Water Works.
