This 14th day oP December, 1931, came on to be considered the final designation
of tine County Test Stations conditionally designated at last term of Court, and it appearing
to the Court that the bonds £ilod with the Court by said stations are each good and sufficie
and in form required by law, and it fur tirer anpe ari ng to the Court after inspa ction of
said stations by the County Judge that each and all of said stations have been constructed
and are equipped according to law, it is therefore ordered and ad3udged by the Court
that said stations with the official county representative or representatives in chargeA
are hereby finally designated and a--~mointed to operata.County Test Stations in Kerr County,
for one year, as follows:

strikes the soli thcrn boundary line of said YWm, Karger's property a distance oP about 500
