payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of re speative funds as shown in Vol. 6, pages
179 to 183 inclusive,'of the T,linutes of Accounts Allowed for Kerr County which are made a
part of this order.

This 14th day of Dee ember, 1931, came on to be considered the final designation
of the County Test Stations conditionally desiTnated at last term of Court, and it appearing
to the Court that the bonds filed with the Court by said stations are each good and
and in form required by law, and it further appearing to the Court after irspection of
said stations by the County Judge that each and all of said stations have been constructed
and are equipped according to law, it is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court
that said stations with the official county representative or representatives 1n c'a arge~
are iie reby finally designated and a~n of rated to operate .County Test Stations in Kerr County,
for one year, as follows:
