Karger to accept that part of the old road to be abandoned and discontinued in the changing oP the Cypress Creek Road under the petition this day granted by the Court, for the grazing land embraced in tln new piece of road and proposing to sell unto Kerr County the 41/100 oP an acre oP cultivated land ~brac ed in said new road for tle sum of .'^30.75, and it appearing to the Court that said proposition is fair and just and that it is to the best interest of Kerr County to accept same. It Se therefore ordered by the Court that Mr. Karger~s proposition as me ntL oned be and is hereby accepted by the Court and the County Clerk is hereby authorized end directed to issue and deliver unto him a voucher against the R. & B. ~/ 3 Fund Por the sum oP X30.75 in paymerd oP the oulti voted lanfd meati oned, and it is further ordered by the Court that the title to the old road when ,olosed and discontinued shall revert nnto and vest in said Wm.
