the various claims and aocounts Yi1ed against Kerr County and its respective Commissioners
.Precincts since last term of this Court, all of which claims and accounts were approved for
payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds as shown in Vol, 6, pages
179 to 183 inclusive,~of theISinutes of Accounts Allowed for Kerr County which are mane a
part of- this order.

This 14th day of December, 1931, came on to be considered the final designation
of tl~ County Test Stations conditionally designated at last term of Court, and it appearing
to the Court that the bonds filed with the Court by said stations are eaah ~•ood and ~fficie
and in form required by law, and it furti:er appearing to the Court after inspection of
said stations by the County Judge that each and all of said stations have beer constructed
and are equipped according to law, it is therefore onlered end adjudged by the Court
that said stations with the oificiel aounty representative or representatives in chargep
are he roby finally designated and alr>ointed to operate County 'Pest Stations in Karr County,
for one year, as follows;

petition filed by Louis Pfeiffer end 12 other freeholders residing in Co:tmmi ssioners' Pre-
cinct No. 3 of Kerr County on Ilov. 24th, 1931, asking that the Cypress Creek Road cosruencing
at crossing of Cypress Creek Road on Hasencri nkel Creek on property of i~~. Karger in ireciuct
No. 3 of ISerr County, Teas S, thence with curve to Lhe nor L'n and ending where said road
strives Lhe sauthorn boundary line of said 67m, Karger*s prop ~•ty a distance of about 500
yards~be changed for the purpose of shortening seise to about one-half its distax e and

Precinct.NO, 3 of Karr County. Thon ce in a easterly direction over and across the land
of said 'Nr1. Karger along the division i'ence between said 6Jm. Karger and Kurt A. Holekamp a
distance .oY about 250 yards to where this new route again interseots said Cypress Creek
Road in said Precinct No. 3, said road along said proposed change or new location to be' '
40 feet in width throughout; and,
it appearing to the Court that said petition is in form required by law and has
been filed Por the length of time requlred by law, and proper ao tine of the filing thereof
was given as shown by Ernst Huernberger~s (one of pet4tianere) sworn return on petition,
and it appearing to tiie Court that no objection has been iaade to the granting oY acid
petition, it Ss therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that said petition be and ie
hereby granted as prayed for, and Conmisa loner Mn. Karger is hereby authorized end
instructed by the Court to con st root said piece of new road at expense of Kerr County,
and to close the portion oP the present road thereby discontinued and abandoned when the
new piece oP road has been opened Por travel.

No. 422, PURCHASE OP RIGHT OF WAY FOR CIIdNGE IN CYPRESS CREEK ROAD
This 14th day of November, 1931, came on to be considered the proposition oP
'.7m. Karger to accept that part of the old road to be abandoned and discontinued in the
changing oP the Cypress Creek Road under the petition this day granted by the Court, for
the grazing land embraced in tln new piece of road and proposing to sell unto Kerr County
the 41/100 oP an acre oP cultivated land ~brac ed in said new road for tle sum of .'^30.75,
and it appearing to the Court that said proposition is fair and just and that it is to the
best interest of Kerr County to accept same.
It Se therefore ordered by the Court that Mr. Karger~s proposition as me ntL oned
be and is hereby accepted by the Court and the County Clerk is hereby authorized end
directed to issue and deliver unto him a voucher against the R. & B. ~/ 3 Fund Por the
sum oP X30.75 in paymerd oP the oulti voted lanfd meati oned, and it is further ordered by
the Court that the title to the old road when ,olosed and discontinued shall revert nnto
and vest in said Wm. Karger.

No. 420, PURCFIASE OP LAPID FOH WIDENING SCHELLHASE & BARTEL ROAD IN PRECINCT N0. 3.
This 14th day of December, 1931, it is ordered by the Court that the Following
mentioned strips of land be purche aed by Kerr County from parties named for prices given,
Por the purpose of widening the Sohel lhase & Bartel Read to 29 feet, to-wit:
° I 2984 square Peet of land from Sophia Bartel for $5.13,
1032 square Peet oP land fry Chas. Bartel Por $1.78, and
