the Yellowing proceedings, among others, were had, to-wit;
'Rhereas, heretofore on the 12th day of January, 1931, the Caomi ssi onere' Court of
Kerr County, Tezas, yes aed an order authorizing the issuance od y40,000.00 Rerr County Road
and Bridle Warrants of 1931, for the purpose of refunding en equal amount of aorip or war-
rants duly and legally issued against the Aoad and Bridge Fund of said County, which order
is recorded in Book H, page 511, et, seq. of the Minutes of said Court.
~~9iereas, in pursuance of said order, certain scrip has been issued against the Road
and Bridge Fund of said County of Kerr, Terms, in payment aQ' claims which were duly audited
