ment of Tema has presented to the County Treae urer oP Kerr County for payment, final esti-
mate oa Job 133, F. A. P. 405-B Rev. in amount oP $11,247.17, and it further appearing to
the Court that Kerr County has only avaiable in the F. A. P. 405 Rev. B and F. A. P. 405,
Rev. C. Fuffin an aggregate balanoe of $8,984.35, leaving an amount of $E,279.82 to be
paid out of Highway /~641.~.Pand, end it 2'ur that appeari nE to the Court that in said final
estimate Kerr Oounty is aherged with an amount of over three thousand dollars ooveriag
the entire aoat oP a preliminary survey made Prom Kerrville to Comfort in 1928 and 1929,
