This 18th day of May, 1932, it appearing to the Court that the State Righway Depart-
ment of Tezss has presented to the County Tress carer oP Kerr County for payment, final esti-
mate on Job 133, F. A. P. 405-B Rev. in emou nt o2 $11,247.17, and it Pu rther appearing to
the Court that Kerr County has only avaiable in the F. A. P. 405 Rev. H and F. A. P. 405,
Rev. C. Funds an aggregate balance of $8,964.35, leaving an amount of $2,279.82 to be
paid out of Highway X29 Fund, end it further appearl ng to the Court that in said final
estimate Kerr County is charged with an amount of over three thousand dollars covering
the entire coat of a preliminary survey made Prom Kerrville to Comfort in 1928 and 1929,

It is thereP ore ordered and deoreed by the Court that the sum of $2,279.82 be
tran sPerred Prom IIighway No. 27 Fund to F. A. P. 405-B Rev. mind iP and when the State
?Iighwfly Department proves to the anti sPac ti oa of the County Judge oP Kerr County that
said $11,247.17 is a just and correct claim agei nst Kerr County and said claim or estimate
has been approved for payment in full by the County Judge,
