mono hie family from Farr County to $endall County, Tezas, in order that he may work on
the highway in said county anfl properly support hie family, it is therefore ordered by the
Court that ha be sllosed the sum of .5.00 to pay the expanse of avid moving, same to be paid
by the County Clerk by voucher against the Ad Valorem Fund, in favor of D. H. Comparette who
advanced said $5.00 to said Prise.

THE ROAD BOND INDEBTEDNffiS OF COUNTIES IN TEEAS.
This 31st day of May, 1932, it appearing to the Court that it will be to the beat
interest of $err County end its tea payers that a law be passed by the Legislature of Texas
authorising the State Highway Deparimont to assume and p~ off County Aoad Bonds out of
money derived from gee taz and auto registration fees, it is therefore ordered by the Court
that proper resolution be formulated and spread upon the minutes of this Court asking the
Governor to call a one day+s special seealon to pass sash law, oertified'_oopy of said resolu-
tion to be sent Dy the County Clerk to Cov. Sterling in due time.

This 31st derv of May, 1932, came on to De eaemined by the Court the supplemental
roll of delinquent and insolvent taxes for period from 1820 to 1930, ell of which tazee
ware remitted by County Taz Collector, J. T. Mooro to the State of Tezae and gerr County
instead of being reported delinquent and insolvent from year to year, and it appearing that
said supplemental roll is in all respects oorreot, same be and ie hereby approved in
open Court as provided by Iaw.
