for feeding eaoh county prisoner, it also further appearing to the Court that the Sheriff
is allowed an additional lb oenta a day for safe-keeping eeah prisoner.
It further appearing to the Court that the maximum allowance of $.75 per day for
feeding eaoh County prisoner should be reduced under present oonditiona, it is therefore
ordered by the Court that avid allowance of $.45 per day for feeding each prisoner be and is
hereby reduoed to the sum of $.45 per day for feeding eaoh pri BOner beginning Duns 15, 1932,
an8 said Sheriff shall further receive the additional sum of $.15 per day for safe-keeping
of eaoh prisoner beginning on suoh date, making a total alloiranoe out of the Ad Valorem
fund of %err County of $..80 per day for feeding sad safe-keeping eaoh County pri sonar.

This 13th day of June, 1932, it appearing to the Court Chad Mra. W. M. Smith one
of the paupers of %err County died burdening her son in law, Roy %ey with the ezpense of
her funeral, it is therefore ordered by the Court that the pauper allowanoe of $10.00
heretofore granted by the 6ourt to said Mrs. W. M. Smith for the month of July, 1932, be
hereby donated unto said Roy %ey towards the payment of said funeral ezpenae of Mrs. Smith.

view filed with the Court on April 21 at, 1932, in the matter of Petition of Herbert L. Crate
and others for a public road in Commisaionera* Preoinot No. 4 of %err County from the A. B.
Burton Camp site on south side of Guadalupe River eorosa said Burton*s land and noross
the land owned by Jim Dowdy, Louis Grunwald and P. 3. Griffiths to paved Ingram-Hunt
Highway, should be ecoaptad s~ adopted by the Court, end said report is hereby eaaepted
and adopted by the Court and ordered spread on the minutes of this Court as follows:

oertaln Road dealgnatod in the Petition of Herbert L. Crate and others, for a Public Road;
having first bean duly sworn aooordiag to law, and having given the five days' notion in
writing to the land owners through wheae land said pmpoeed road may run, or their agents or
attorneys, as required by law, did, on the 21st dqy of April, 1932, prooeed to view the road
designated in said Petition, end beg to report to the Honorable Court that we do not believe
that a prsatiael road oen be built and maintained along the route prayed fox in said petitio
and for this reason we decline to day out, survey and mark suoh mad as we were direoted by
the order of the Court.
