Talley for authority from the Court to close the old Kerrville & Comf ort Road across his
property in Commd sai opera' Precinot No, 2 oP Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court
said road is no longer of benefit to the traveling :public said a--/p/~~pli cats on be and is hereby
granted as prayed for and said M. C. Talley is hereby authorizedi"blo se said road along the
east and west lines of his property by erecting a fence across same and said old road aoross
the property of said M. C. Talley is hereby discontinued and abandoned and declared the
private property of said ?;.. C. Talley.
