prt ee should be paid by Kerr County to the Lend owners on State Highway No. 81 for right of
way taken for said - - H18h way and to be deeded unto the State of Tease, it is therefore
ordered by the Court that the Price of $100.00 per acre be paid by Kerr County for said
right of way between Judge Bakers residence and Kerrville and price of $15.00 be paid
for right oY way from Judge 7~~aker's residence to the GSlle spie County line, less credit to
Kerr County at the same price per acre for right of way oP present highway returned to
