property in Commisai onera~ Procinot No. 2 of %err County, and it appearing to the Court
said road is no longer of benefit to the traveling public said a--/p~~pli cats oa be and is hereby
granted as prayed for and said M. C. Talley is hereby authorizedi"`b lose said road along the
east and west lines of his property by erecting a fence across same and said old road soross
the property of said P-I. C. Talley is hereby discontinued and abandoned and declared the

ordered by the Court that the prlce of $100.00 per acre be paid by Kerr County for said
right of way between Judge Bakers residence and Kerrville and price of x15.00 be paid
