said road is no longer of benefit to the traveling public said a-~p/~pll catl on be and is hereby
granted as prayed for and said M. C. Talley is hereby authorizedi"`blose said road along the
east and west lines of his property by erecting a fence across same and said old road across
the pr aperty of said E1. C. Talley is hereby discontinued and abandoped and declared the
private property oP said 5::. C. Talley.

price should be paid by Kerr County to the Land owners on State Highway No. 81 for right oY
way taken for said - - E1Bh gray and to be deeded unto the State of Tezae, it is therefore
ordered by the Court that the price of $100.00 per acre be paid by Kerr County for said
right of way between Judge Baker's re si de nee and Kerrville and price of y15.00 be paid
for right of way from Judge T;aker's residence to the Gillespie County line, less credit to
Kerr County at the same price per acre for right oP way of present highway returned to
