~. No. 592, TRANSFER OF $1,628.00 FROM R. & B. ~1 FUND TO R. D. ~1 SINKING FUND.
' This 4th der of October, 1932, it appearing to the Court that the Sinking Fund of
~f Road Diatriot No. 1 of Kerr County is in urgent need of the sum of $1828.00 to supplement
the amount in said fund in order to take acre of the obligation due against said Sinking
Fund on Oct. 10th, 1932, it is therefore or dared by the Court that the County Tresaurer
transfer the sum of Siztesn Hundred and Twenty-siz and no/100 Dollars ($1,628.00) from
Hoed & Bridge Fund of Precinct No. One to Road District No. 1 Sinking Pund, and the County
Clerk is directed to charge the Road & Bridge Fund of said Precinct No. 1 with said sum of
$1,626.00 so transferred.
