Dollars ($E97.50) plus the right of way of the present or old highway aorosa said Estate's

Eerr County Lateral Road Funfl upon delivery of properly ezeouted deed to said right of way
is favor of the State of Tezea.

of Green Iaokey, deoeased, for the right of way for State Highway No. 27 this day sold
by said Estate unto said Barr County, %err County by affi through the mob ors of its Commie-

disoontinue the present Stets Highway No. 27 aorosa the lan da of said Green Laokey Estate
after the new State Highway No. 27 hen been competed aorosa sold property and opened for
travel, that it will oonvey beak unto avid Estate the right of way of said old highway eo

It is further agreed that as part o! the s mal derati on to be received by said Laokey
