No. 813, PURCHASE OF .78 OF AN ACRE OF RIGHT OP WAY FOR HIGHWAY N0. E7 FROM P. T. LITTLEFIELD.
This 22nd day of October, 1932, it is ordered Dy the Court that Kerr County purahesa

embraced in the right of way of now State Highway No. E7 between ^Ingram, for

Thin 22nd day of October, 1932, it is ordered by the Court that Kerr County purchase
from Mrs. Percy H. Dunbar and Ally Be it el 1.16 scree of land out of Survey No. 120, Walter
Foagate, embraced in the right of way of new State Highway No. 27 between Kerrville and
Ingram, for the sum of $191.00 including property damages allowed by the Court, same to be
paid by the County Clerk by proper warrant drawn against the Karr County Lateral Hoed Fund
upon eaeaution and delivery by said Mra. Percy H. Dunbar and Ally Beitel of proper right of
way deed to said strip of land in favor of the Stets of Tezas.

from G. C. McCoy and Guaranteed Homa Financing :82na~ an acre of land out of Survey No. 119,
in name oP John Young, embraced in the right of way of new Statfl Highway No. 27 between Karrn
villa and Ingram, for the anm of X356.70, same to be paid by tho County Clark by proper wawa
drawn against the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund upon ezeoution and delivery by said G. C. Ye-
Cop and Guaranteed Home Financing Company of proper right of wap seed to sal d strip of land
in favor of the State of Tezas.

hereby allowed damages in the sum of X200,00 by reason of having to move his business buildi,n
off of land leased from Arthur Mosel now embraced in tdle rlght of way of State Highway No. 27
betvreen Kerrville and Ingram, Tflzas, said sum of $200.00 to be paid by the County Clerk unto
said E. F. Mohn by proper war rent drawn against the Kerr County Lateral IIoad Fund upon com-
pletion of the job of moving said building.
