Ingram, for the sum oP $191.00 including property damages allowed by the Court, same to be
paid by the County Clark by proper warrant drawn against the Kerr County Lateral Yoed Fund
upon eaecution and delivery by said Mra. Percy H. Dunbar and Ally Beitel of proper right of
way deed to said strip of lend in favor of the Stets of Tezea, ~
