paid by the County Clerk by proper warrant drain agalnsL the Kerr County Lateral $oad Fund
upon exeoution and delivery by said Mrs. Paray H. Dunbar and Ally Beitel of proper right of
way deed to said strip of lend in favor of the Stets of Tezas.
