from G. R. Starkey 3.29 Bares of land out of the W. Fosgate Survey No. 150, embraced Sn the
right of way oP new State Highway No. 37 between Kerrville and Ingram, Razes, for the sum
of $248.76, same to be paid by the County Clerk by proper warrant drawn against the Karr
County Lateral Road Fund upon ezaaution and delivery by said G. R. Starkey of right of way
deed to said strip of land in favor of the 8teta of Terms. Said G. R. Starkey agreeing
in open Court to release said strip of right of way from the Federal Land Bank lien out-
standing thereon, by applying the portion of said $248,75 on said indebtedness ea required
by said Bank.
