from Wm. Winfred of Orange, Tezea, 2.50 sores of lend out of the F. Martinez Survey No. 184,
embraced in the right of way of new State Highway No. 27 betvreen Kerrville and Ingram, Tems,
for the cum of $500.00 inoluding property damages allowed him by the Court. Said cum of $500
to be paid unto said Wm. Winfree by the County Clerk by Co. Treas. warrant drawn agai net the
Kerr County Lateral Road Fund upon his azeoution and delivery of proper right of way deed
to said 2.50 sores of land in favor of the State of Treas.

N0. 638, TRANSFER OF $810.00 FROM KERA CO. LAT. AOAD FUND TO C. H. & J. SINKING FUND.
Thia 9th day of November, 1932, it is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer
transfer the sum of $810.00 from the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund to the Court House d: Jail
Sinking Fund, whioh sum of $810.00 shall be returned by said Sinking Fund to said Lateral Roe
Fund out of the fir et tax monies raoeived from the oolleotion of the 1932 tazee.
