No. 27 between Kerrville and Ingram, Tazas, for the arm of $50.00. Sams to ba paid by the
County Clerk by Co. Treas. warrant drawn against the Karr County Lateral Road Fund upon
delivery of said corporation+s•pmper right of way dead to said land in favor of the State.

This 7th day of November, 1932, it is ordered by the Court that 8err County purchase
from Wm. Wi ni'ree of Orange, Teaea, 2.50 sores of land out of the F. Martinez Survey No. 184,
embraced in the right of way of new State Highway No. 27 between Rerrvills and Ingram, Tress,
for the sum of $500.00 including property damages allowed him by the Court, Said sum of $500
to be paid unto said Wm. Winfree by the County Clerk by Co. Tress, warrant drawn agai net the
Kerr County Lateral Road Fund upon hie ezeoution and delivery of proper right of way deed
to said 2.50 sores of land in favor of the State of Treas.

transfer the sum o1 $610.00 from thv Berr Oou my Lateral Road Fund to the Court House A, Jail
Sinking Fund, which sum of $610.00 shall ba roturned by said Sinking Fund to said Lateral Roe
Fund out of the fir et tax monies received from the velleotion of the 1932 taws.
