from Wm. Winiree of Orange, Texea, 2.50 sores of land out of the F. Martinez Survey No. 184,
embraced in the right of way of new State Highway No. 27 between Kerrville and Ingrsez, Tazas,
for the sum of $500,00 including property damages allowed him by the Court, Said sum of $500
to be paid unto said Wm. Winiree by the County Clark by Co. Treas. warrant dram agal ne4 the
Kerr County Lateral Road Fund upon hie ezeoution and delivery of proper right of way deed
to said 2.50 sores of land in favor of the State of Tezea.

Thin 9th day of November, 1932, it is ordered by the Oourt that the County Treasurer
transfer the sum of $810.00 from the Berr County Lateral Road Fund to the Court House &. Jail
Sinking Fund, which sum of !610.00 shall be roturned by said Sinking Fund to said Lateral Roe
Fund out of the fir at tax monies received from the oollaotion of the 1932 tazee.
