Tezea, part of which lot is embraced in the right of way of new State Highway No. 29 between
Kerrvi ile and Ingram, Tezas, for the sum of $475.00. Said Fritz RedelePf shell eaecute two
deeds, one deed to the port! on of said lot embraced is the R/W of said highway in favor of
the State of Tezas and another deed covering the balaaae of Bald lot is favor of The Kerr-
ville Development and Loen Company and the County Clerk shall deliver unto said Fritz Rade-
