This 22nd day of November, 1832, it appearing to the Oourt that a satisfactory
agreement has been reached between George P. Walker and wife, Charlotte T. Walker anfl
ppurchase of
this Court, covering the•right of waq embraced in new State Hig bray No, 27 across their
land, to be conveyed by them to the State of Te=e.e, therefore,
BE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE CCOB T that the portion of said Order
No. 307 passed by this Court on July 27th, 1931, recorded in the minutes of this Court on
page 586, in Vol. H, aPfesting or eovering the purchase of the rl ~t of way embraced in
new State Highway No. 27 across the land of said Geo rge P. Walker end Charlotte T. Welker
in Kerr County, Texas, be and is hereby rescinded anfl annulled, and the County Treeam•er~e
Warrant No. 6072 for X497.90 issued by the County Clerk against the gerr County Lateral
Road Fund in favor of George P. Walker thereundeos and now in Bestow with the County Treasu
is hereby canoalled end annulled, but, the Warrant No. 593E Yor $126.25 issued tiluder .Order
in favor of Mra. Charlotte T. Welker shall be delivered unto Mrs. Walker when she exeaute5
dead in favor of the Btata of Texas for R/W taken across her land Por said Highway No, 27
under the new agreement with the Court.

It is expressly understood end agreed that said original orderg6f date, July 27th,
1931, shall main in affect and unimpaired so far as e6me relate to the right of way
taken for the Center Point Loop.
