claims end ec nou nts against the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, filed since last term of the
Court, to-wit:

N. Sherman, fencing on State Highway No. 27, 2E. 80,

S. D. Mope, 200 cedar staves for Highway No. 27 fenoe at 2~, 5.00,
ell of rizioh claims are hereby approved and shall be paid by the County Clerk out of the
Kerr County Lateral Road Fund Dy proper am~rante on the County Treasurer.

This 22nd day of November, 1932, it appearing to the Court that a satisPaotory
agreement has been reached between George P. Walker end wife, Charlotte T. Welker and
ppuro~e~e of
this Court, covering the~right of way embraced in mw State H1g brag No. 27 across their
land, to be conveyed by them to the State of Tama, therefore,
BE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the portion oP said Order
No. 307 passed by this Court on July 27th, 1931, recorded In the minutes of this Court on
page 586, in Vol. H, affaoting ce aoweringthe purchase of the rl ~t of way embraced in
new State Highway No. 27 across the land of said Geo rge P. Walker end Charlotte T. Walker
in Kerr County, Tezea, be and is hereby rescinded and annulled, and the County Treasurers
Warrant No. 6072 for $497.90 issued by the County Clerk against the Kerr County Lateral
Road Fund in favor of George P. Welker thereunder and now in aswrow with the County Treasu
is hereby cancelled and annulled, but, the Warrant No. 5932 for $126.25 issued 8hdar Order
in favor of Mrs. Charlotte T. Welker shall be delivered unto Mra, Walker when she executes
deed in favor of the State of Tema for R/W taken eoroas her land for said Highway No. 27
under the new agreement with the Court.

It is eapresaly understood and agreed that said original order~bf date, July 27th,
1931, shall remain in affect and unimpaired so far as same relate to the right oY way
taken for the Canter Point Loop.
