This 22nd day of November, 193E, it appearing to the Court that a satisfactory
agreement has been reeahed between George P. Walker and wife, Charlotte T. Welker and
purchase of
this Court, covering thaw fight of way embraced in ~w State Hig bray No, 27 across their
lead, to be conveyed by them to the State of Tezsa, therefore,
BE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the portion of said Order
No. 307 passed by this Court on July 27th, 1931, recorded in the minutes of this Court on
page 586, 1n Vol. A, aPfeatingce aoveringthe purchase oY the rl~t of way embraaed in
new Slate Highway No. 27 across the land of said Geo rge P. Welker and Charlotte T. Walker
in Kerr County, Tezae, be and is hereby rescinded and annulled, and the County Treeaurer~s
Warrant No, 6072 for $497.90 issued by the County Clerk against the Karr County Lateral
Road Fund in Paver of George P. Welker thereundew and now in aswrow with the County Treasw
is hereby eanaellad and annulled, but, the Warrant No. 5932 for $126.25 issued 6hder Order
in favor of Mrs. Charlotte T. Walker shall be delivered unto Mra. Walker when aha azeaut a5
deed in favor of the State of Tezas for R/W taken naroas her land for said Highway No, 27
under the new agreement with the Court.
