filed by J. E. Thurman for the amount of $39.80 against the 8err County Lateral Road Fund,
covering the construction of 959 yards cff fence on Highway No. 27 across the Winfree and
Rosa properties between Kerrville and Ingrmi, Tezea, whioh clalm boing found correot and
unpaid is hereby allowed and shall be paid by the County Clark out of the %arr County
Lateral Road Fund by pro par warrant on the County Treasurer.

filed by Gus. Truahel for the amcunt of $114.00 against tba %err bounty Lateral Aoad Fund,
covering the construction of 1.72 miles of fence on State Highway No. 29 between Kerrville
and Ingram, Tezea, sorosa the lands of Ale a Die tart, Henry Die tart end John Truahal plan
$3.00 damages to oat atop, whioh c]aim appearing correct and unpaid, is hereby el lowed by
the Court and shall ba paid by the County Clerk out of the %err County Lateral Road Fund
by proper warrant on the County Treas~er.
