filed by J. E. Thurman for the mmou~ of $39,80 against the %err County Lateral Road Fund,
covering the aonatruction of 959 yards oP fence on Highway No. 27 across the Winfree and
Rose properties between %errvills end Ingram, Tazea, which clalm being found aorreat and
unpaid is hereby allowed and shall be paid by the Coup Clerk out of the %err County
Lateral Aoad Fund by proper warrant on the County Treasurer.

This 30th day of November, 1932, came on to be ezemined by the Court, the claim
filed by Gus. Truahel Por the amount of $114.00 against the %err County Lateral Road Fund,
covering the construction of 1.72 miles oP fence on State Highw~ No. 27 between %errville
and Ingram, Tezas, across the lands of Alez Die tart, Henry Dietert end John Truahal plus
$3.00 damages to oat crop, which claim appearing correct end unpaid, is hereby allowed by
the Court and shall be paid by the Cou~y Clerk out of tho %err County Lateral Road Fund
by pro par warrant on the Oounty Treasurer.
