filed by J. E. Thurman Yor the amount oY $39.80 against the %err County Lateral Road Fund,
covering the construction of 959 panda ,4' Pence on Highway No. 27 across the Winirae and
Rose properties between %errville end Ingrmi, Taxae, whioh claim being found correct and
unpaid is hereby allowed and spell be paid by the County Clerk out of the %err County
Lateral Road Fund by proper warrant on the County Treasurer.

This 30th day of November, 1932, came on to be examined by the Court, the oleim
filed by Gus. Truahel for the amcuut of $114.00 against the %err Oounty Lateral Road PUnd,
covering the construction of 1.72 miles of Pence on State Highway No. 29 between %errvilla
end Ingram, Tezea, eorosa the lands of Alex Die tart, Henry Dietert and Bohn Truahel plus
X3.00 damages to oat crop, whioh claim appearing correct end unpaid, is hereby allowed by
the Court and shall be paid by the County Clerk out of the %err County Lateral Aoad Fund
by pro par warrant on the County Treasurer.
