the T. & N. 0. Ry. Co. for $54.15 covering freight charges on one ear of cement title
drain pipe to be used on aide-road approaches to highways in Kerr County, whlah claim
appearing correat and unpaid is hereby allowed and shall be paid by the County Clerk out
of the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund by proper warrant on the Carnty Treasurer.
