said Ingras.-Hunt Road Fund by proper warrant on the County Treasurer.

the T. & N. 0. Ry. Co. for $54.15 covering freight charges on one oar of cement title
drain pipe to be used on aide-road approaches to highways in Rerr County, which claim
appearing correot and unpaid is hereby allowed and shall be paid by the County Clerk out
of the Kerr County Lateral Aaad Fund by proper warrant on the County Treasurer.
