No. 687, ORDER ESTABLISHING COIINTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAYS ACROSS JOIiNSON CREEK AT INGRAAS.
This 12th day of December, 1932, came on to be considered by the Court the appli-
cation of John R. Furman, president of the Guaranteed Home Financing Company, a corporation,
of Kerrville, Texas, asking the Court to enter an order of record in its minutes designating
and establishing the public road rift-of-ways claimed and owned by Kerr County across
Johnson Creek at Ingram, Texas, on the Ingram & Hunt Road, and it appearing to the Court
that it will be to the best interest oP all concerned that said application be granted.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and deoreed by the Court that the old rig~tt-of-
way across the collapsed concrete bridge on Johnson Creek at Ingram, Texas, together with
the right-of-way or road as now traveled aoross the concrete slab above said ruined bridge
(both rift-oP-ways extending up on the highest bank on each side of said Creek), be and
are hereby declared, designated and eatabliahad as the pr operty oP Kerr County, conditioned,
however, that iP and when said bollapead bridge is replaced by another bridge by Kerr
County, tks present road across the concrete slab or so much thereof as may then be dis-
continued, shall revert to and become the property oP said Guaranteed Home I~'inancing Company
present owner of the break bottom between said two right oP ways, its successors or assigns,
without boat or expense to said corporation.
