Furmsn, President of the Guaranteed Home Financing Company, n corporation, of Kerrville, Tezsa, asking the Court to enter an order of record in its minutes designating and establishing the public road ri~.t-of-ways claimed and owned by Kerr County across Johnson Creek at Ingrmm, Texas, on the Ingram & Hunt Road, and it appearing to the Court that it will be to the best interest of all concerned that said application be granted.
