for relooating the road le adl ng from State Highway No. 27 in Ingram, Tezas, to the low
rater bridge across the Guadaluls River, in exchange for the strip of land formerly deeded
to Barr Eounty by Orris Ger ]end on May 11th, 1918 by deed recorded in vol. 36, page 158,
of the Doed Records of Karr County and now a part of the present Indian Creek Road, and
it apps acing to the Court that it Sa to the beat interest of Barr County that such ezehange
be made.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the pro posi ti oa of said J. W.
Ridenour ba accepted and County Judge, Chas. Real be and is hereby authorized and direoted
for and on behalf of Barr County
to ezeoute a @ui t-claim Deed,in favor of J. W, Ridenour covering said old road bed or
strip of lend so conveyed to Barr County by Orrin Garland by the deed above mentioned, less
the north portion of same nos anbraced Sn new State Highway No. 27, which quit-claim deed
