Riden our'propoai ng to deed unto Kerr County tffit strip of land de aired by ge rr County
for relooating the road leading from State Highway No, 27 in Ingram, Te gas, to the low
water bridge across the Guadalupe River, in eaoha nge for the strip of land formerly deeded
to Kerr Eouaty by Orris Gar lend on May 11th, 1918 by deed recorded in Vol. 36, page 158,
of the Deed Records of Kerr County and now a part of the present Indian Creek Road, and
it appearing to the Court that it is to the Dest intgreat of Kerr County that such ezchange
be made.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and deoreed that the proposition of said J. W.
Ridenour be accepted and County Judge, Chas. Real be and is hereby authorized and directed
for and on behalY of Kerr County
to ezeoute a Quit-claim Deed,in favor of J. W. Ridenour covering said old road bed or
strip of land so conveyed to Kerr County by Orris Garland by the deed above mentioned, lase
the north portion ~ amme now lnbraced in new State Nighway No, 27, which quit-claim deed

the Publio Road commencing at Cypress Creek Soh ool Rouse Sn pree inet No. three at its
intersection with Cypress Creek-Comfort Road and ending at the August 8. Faltin Ranch in
Precinct No. three should be changed on the property owned by Ernest Pfei Pfer for the pur-
pose of eliminating four corners in said road and shortening said road by T75 yards, as
follows: Conmmenci n8 at Dent ar of present Lazy Valley Road between old well and live oak tree
about 50 yards east Prom the Ernest Pfeiffer dwelling, thence in an almost direct east
diracti on to again interaeet said present Laay Valley Road between the Wm, Boerner end
Ernest Pfeiffer properties, said road along this new loon ti on to be oP the same width as
the balance of the present Lazy Valley Road, said ffiw piece of road being about 515 yards in
length.
And it appearing to the Court that proper no ties oP said petition has been given
as raqu ired by law, and that no neoe ssi ty eaists for the appointment of a jury of view as
no ob jeation hen been made to the granting of said petition.
