Riden our'propoai ng to deed unto Kerr County tffit strip of land de aired by ge rr County for relooating the road leading from State Highway No, 27 in Ingram, Te gas, to the low water bridge across the Guadalupe River, in eaoha nge for the strip of land formerly deeded to Kerr Eouaty by Orris Gar lend on May 11th, 1918 by deed recorded in Vol. 36, page 158, of the Deed Records of Kerr County and now a part of the present Indian Creek Road, and it appearing to the Court that it is to the Dest intgreat of Kerr County that such ezchange be made. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and deoreed that the proposition of said J. W. Ridenour be accepted and County Judge, Chas. Real be and is hereby authorized and directed for and on behalY of Kerr County to ezeoute a Quit-claim Deed,in favor of J. W.
