of C. P. Faltln and eleven others, oiti ze na and free-holders of Commiasionm~s precinct No.
3 of %err County, ino loci ng the owners whose land said road change affects, praying that
the Public Road commencing at Cypress Creek Soh col Aouae in Precinct No. three at its
interaeotion with Cypress Creek-Comfort Aoad and ending at the Avgu at S. Faltin Ranah in
Precinct No. three should be abanged on the property owned by Eraeat Pfei Pfer Por the pur-
pose of eliminating Pour corners in said road and shortening said road by 175 yards, as

about 50 ya rda east Prom the Erne at Pfeiffer dwelling, thence in an almost dir eat east
