for relocating the road leading from States Highway No. 27 in Ingram, Texas, to the low
water bridge across the Guadalupe River, in eacha nge for the strip of land formerly deeded
to %arr County by Orris Garland on May 11th, 1918 by deed recorded is Vol. 36, page 158,
of the Doed Accords of Karr County and nor a part of the present Indian Creek Road, and
it appearing to the Court that it is to the Deat interest of Karr County that such ezchange
be made.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the proposition of said J. W.
Ridenour be accepted end County Judge, Chas. Real be and is hereby authorized and directed
for and on behalY oY Kerr County
to execute a Quit-cl elm Deed,in favor of J, W, Ridenour covering said old road bed or
strip of land so conveyed to %arr County by Orris Garland by the deed above mentioned, lase
the north portion of same now d~mbraced in new State Highway No, 27, which quit-claim deed

pose of eliminating four corners in said road and ahor tening said road by 175 yards, as

Length.

out of the Road and Bridge Fund of $59,80 which together xith	the $40.00 adva	nced to him
out of the Jury and Permanent Improvement Punds in error, total $99.80 is this day restored
and returned by him to Kerr County and shall be deposited Dy the County Clerk with the
County Treasurer to the credit of the Following funds, to-wit: $59.80 to R. & B. Fund,
$20.00 to Jury fund and $20.00 to Slpcial Fund.
And it is hereby ordered bq the Court that the County Clerk pay unto said W. G.
Peterson tho bal6nae oommissiona of $665.87 due him, by proper warrants drawn against

Clerk by proper xarrant drawn against the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund upon execution axed
delivery by said Pink lee of right oP way deed thereto in favor of the State oP Texas.
As a part of the consideration for the purchase of said strip of rift of xay, Kerr County
shall also replace the fence along new line of highxay.
