and returned by him to Kerr County and shall be deposited Dy the County Clerk with the
County Treasurer to the credit of the following Sunda, to-wit: $59,80 to R. & B. fund,
$20.00 to Jury Pund and $20.00 to SZpcial fund.

purchase Prom Pink Lee ,13 of an acre of land out of the F, xrevino Survey No. 129 in
Ingram, Tezas, embraced in the right of way of new Stat® Highway No. 27, for the sum of
$95,00 including property damages allowed him Dy the Court, came to be paid by the County
Clerk by proper warrant drawn against the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund upon ezeaution aid
delivery by said Pink Lee of right oP way deed thereto Sn favor of the State of Texas.
As a part of the consideration for the purchase of said strip of right of way, gerr County
shall also replace the fence along new line of highway.
