is hereby allowed an advance of X500.00 on the purchase price and damages allowed him by the
Court for the 3,69 acres of right of way taken for State 231ghway No. 27, same to be paid
unto him by tho County Clerk by proper warrant on the County Treasurer drawn against the
Kerr County Lateral Road Fund.
Also name on to be examined by the Court said Arthur Moseys itemized sworn acoount
for ;147.40 covering material aril labor used in fencing said State highway No. 27 across
his land, which account appearing oorrect and unpaid is hereby allowed and shall be paid by
the County Clerk by proper warrant on the County Treausurer against the Kerr County Lateral
Road Fund.

the various claims and accounts filed against Kerr County acid its respective Commissioners'

payment by the County Clark in amounts and out of respective fonds as shown in Vol. 6, pages
