unto him by the County Clerk by proper warrant on the County Treasurer drawn against the
Kerr County Lateral Road Fund.
Also came on to be ezemined by the Court said Arthur Moseys itemized sworn account
for X147.40 covering material a~ labor used in fencing said State Highway No. 27 across
his land, which account appearing oorrect and unpaid is hereby allowed and shell be paid by
the County Clerk by proper warrant on the County Treausurer against the Kerr County Lateral
