is hereby allowed an advance of y500.00 on the purchase price and damages allowed him by the
Court Por the 3,69 acres of right of way taken for State highway No. 27, same to be paid
unto him by the County Clerk by proper warrant on the County Treasurer drawn against the
Karr County Lateral Road Fund.
Also came on to be ezamined by the Court said Arthur Mosal's itemized sworn account
for $147.40 covering materiel avd labor used in fencing said State highway No. 27 across
his land, which account appearing correot end unpaid is harsby allowed and shall be paid by
the County Clerk by proper warrant on the County Treausurer against the Rerr County Lateral
Road Fund.
