that oertain deed of trust executed by Charles Sohreiner to us end ersating tho Charle^
Sohreiner Road Fund on the 6th day of August, 1920, and in furtherance of the purposes of
said trust, did bind and obligate ourselves to Barr County, Texas, as follows:
"If the County Commiedona~s~ Court of Barr County, Texas, provides for the szpen-
diture of, and does sotuslly ezpend, during the year, 1951, not less than Forty Thousand
Dollars (40,000,00), on the aonstrnotion and repair of those oertain public roads in Barr
County, Texas, Within the boundaries of Commis alonera~ Preoinets Numbers One and Fouz,
and particularly described ae follove:
Ths North Fork of the Guadalupe Hirer Road nbove Hunt, Tezaa, known as the old

The South Fork of the Guadalupe River Road above Hunt, Texas, known sa the $errville
