Road along the residence of Commiasloner Wm. Berger to De abandoned when new pieoe of
said road has been completed and opened for travel, which protest wee reheated by the
Court and said old road shall De elo aed when new road Das been opened as planned, with
eaaeption that proteata~e with ttr permission given them by Comr. Wm. Barger in open court,
shall have the right to oonetruat steps over the fences that may be a~eated across the ends
of said pieoe of abandoned road, ibr the conve nienoe of their eohool ehildren end other
school children living on the Frederiakaburg Road, and any end all of said ohildnyn
ere hereby authorized to peen over and through said eaoloaure along the route of said

received for the oonstructlon of the concrete piers for the Magnolia Petroleum Company's
tank, nazt to State Highway No. 29 at Center Point, ea follows:

And it appearing to the Court that the Did of Claude Wellborn of ~18b.00 covering
all labor and mtteriel to ba used in the erection of said pieta aaeording to plane affi
apacifioationa, is the lowest and beat bid offered, same is heral;y accepted by the Court
and said Claude Wellborn is hereby directed to make bond in the sum of X370.00 guaranteeing
unto Barr County his failful performance of said contract.
