Fund of Precinct No. 3, Such amounts having been advanced to said sinking funds by said
precincts at the Speoisl October, 1931 term of this Court.

the Clerk and Sheriff Frank Moore, ezamined end inspected the County Jail, which fail was
found by the Court to be in good condition and order.
