County Lateral Road Fund to the Ingram-Hunt Aoad Fund to cover fl nal al aim of C. H. Street-
maker for labor and materials used in repairing the flood damage to the Ingram &. Hunt paved
road.

This 3rd day of January, 1933, it appearing to the Court that the Kerrville Indepen-
dent School Distriot has paid over to Kerr County the balance of $125.00 owing on its pro-
rata of the County lhix'se~s salary up to Septa mbar 1st, •1932, which $125.00 shall be plec ed
to the credit of the Ad Valorem Fund with tha County Tre aeu rer by the County Clerk.
As per agreement with the Court said School District shall be liable and pay over
unto Kerr County $40.00 per month on the salary oP Auth Jane Moore, County Ideal th horse,
for present year beginning Sept. 1st, 1932 and ending September 1st, 1933.
