This 3rd day of January, 1933, it appearing to the Court that the gerrville Indepen-
dent Sehaol District has paid over to Kerr County the balance of $125.00 owing on its pro-
rate of the County IQUrse~s salary up to September 1st, 1932, which $125.00 shall be placed
to the credit oP the Ad Valorem fund with the County Tre usurer by the County Clerk.
As per agreement with the Court said School District shall be liable and pay over
unto Kerr County $40.00 per month on the salary of Ruth Jane Moore, County Health Ilurse,
for present year beginning Sept. 1st, 1932 and ending September 1st, 1933.
