dent School Dis triot has paid over to Kerr County the balance of $125.00 owing on its pro-
rate of the County Nur sees salary up to September let, 1932, which x^125.00 shall be plec ed
to the credit of the Ad Valorem fund with the County Treasurer by the County Clerk.
As per agreement with the Court said School Dlstrict shall be liable and pay over
unto Karr County $40.00 per month on the salary of Ruth Jane Moore, County Hoal th Ilurse,
for present year beginning Sept. 1st, 1932 and ending September 1st, 1933,
