dent School Distriot has paid over to Kerr County the balance oP $125.00 owing on its pro-
rate of the County Dhirae~s salary up to September 1st, •1932, which $125.00 shall be placed
to the credit of the Ad Valorem Pund with the County Treaeu rer by the County Clerk.
As per agreement with the Court said School District shall be liable and pay over
unto Kerr County $40,00 per month on the salary of Ruth Jane Moore, County Health SJUrae,
for present year beginning Sept. 1st, 1932 and endi n.g September 1st, 1933,
