This 16th day of January, 1933, came on to be ez~ined by the Court the official
bond of E. T. &Iangum, elected as Constable of Precinct No. 2 of Karr County at the November,
1932 election, which bond appearing good and sufficient, is hereby in all things approved
by the Court, and said E, T. Mangum is directed to to qu al iiy for the duties of hie office

by taking the prescribed oath, after which said bond sffi11 be recorded by the County Clerk 2
in the proper record of his office.

reasons hereinafter given.

Reason Por cancellation: Land never was deeded to Hy. Schumacher by T. J. Moore and this

this same land was doubly asses sad to Henry Sohuma char & wife Por 1930 & 1931.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged end deoreed, that the delinquency of the above
described land to the State of Tezas a~ County of Kerr was erroneous and should be cancelled
and the Comptroller of Public Aaaornta notiried of the eat ion oP said Commissioners Court,
held at Kerrville, Teaas, this the 16th day of January, 1933, and said lotion being authorize
by Article 5197 Ravisad Statute a, Acts 1895.
