of Houston requlres the payment to it of two semi-annual installments of $117,00 eaoh on its
loan against Mrs. T. L. Ni ohols and the payment of her 1932 State and County teaes, all
in the appro aimate aggregate of x350,00, De£o re said Bank will ezeou to anfl deliver a partial
j release covering the 8,4 acres of right of way conveyed by Mrs, Niohola and chll area to
' the State of Teaas for Highway No. 27. It is therefore ordered by the Court that Lars.
Niohola request for payment to her of y350.00 of the x'500.00 balance due her on said
